All 1 hour sessions will consist of 40-50 minutes under the light with the remaining time being used to answer questions, check in, and time to integrate the experience.
30 MINUTES $77
All 30 minute sessions will consist of 15-20 minutes under the light with the remaining time being used to answer questions, check in and time to integrate the experience.

**Please note- If you have photosensitive epilepsy the light is not for you. Due to the stroboscopic function of the light, even with eyes closed, it is possible to experience a seizure. If you are light sensitive but do not have photosensitive epilepsy please inquire about a soft desensitization session. Not recommended for pregnant women.
